Rakhma offers tuition reimbursement program

Individuals interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant are eligible for up to $1,500 in financial assistance toward the completion of the program.

Once an individual receives their certificate the loan will be forgiven by working for Rakhma as a CNA for 24 months. Should individual’s employment end prior to completion of the 24-month work commitment, the individual will be required to repay a pro-rated amount of the loan.

Our focus on hiring high-quality people is key to our success and in keeping with our tradition of providing high-quality care. Care partners have the most contact with, and the greatest impact on residents, and therefore we carefully hand-pick only the very best. 

We provide 24/7 staffing with three staff per AM/PM shifts, and two staff per overnight shift. CNA certification is encouraged but not required. All care partners are med-trained prior to hire (paid by Rakhma) and receive workplace orientation and training specific to dementia care and communication.
