Minnetonka Grace Home

Grace Home was purchased in 1988 from the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church (located across the street) where it originally served as a home for the nuns working at the church. It was made for communal life. A large living room and dining room provide places for residents to socialize and many enjoy their morning coffee on the back deck during warmer months. Grace is Rakhma’s largest facility with 14 residents. Most resident rooms are private and located on the second floor. There is a pool table and a TV lounge in the basement for residents to enjoy as well. Grace Home provides person centered care for individuals living with memory loss. Our skilled and committed team of caregivers cook three meals a day, administer medication, and tend to the personal needs of each resident, 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
